A normal Amazon cart address refers to the cart for the person signed in on that browser. Sending that address alone does not reproduce your product list for someone else.
To read your current cart and create a Cart To Link page, install the Safari or desktop Chrome extension. Recipients can view the resulting link without the extension. For a few products, you can also send individual product URLs; an Amazon List is another option for sharing a list you maintain on Amazon.
