Cart To Link creates a shareable page from the products and quantities in your Amazon cart. You can create links in Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and in Chrome on desktop. Recipients can open the link in a browser without installing the extension.
1. Install and enable Cart To Link
iPhone and iPad — Safari
Install Cart to Link from the App Store. Open the app and tap “Open Safari extension settings.” If Settings opens at its home page, go to Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions → Cart to Link. Turn it on and allow access to the Amazon country site you use and to carttolink.com. Each site has a separate permission.
Open your cart in Safari. The extension cannot run inside the Amazon shopping app.
Mac — Safari
Install Cart to Link from the Mac App Store. In Safari → Settings → Extensions, enable Cart to Link and allow access to your Amazon marketplace and carttolink.com.
Desktop — Chrome
Add Cart To Link from the Chrome Web Store. If the icon is hidden, open Chrome’s extensions menu and pin it to the toolbar.
2. Open your Amazon cart
Sign in to the Amazon marketplace where you are shopping, add the products you want to share, and open the cart page. Wait for the items and quantities to load before opening Cart To Link.
3. Create the link
In Safari, choose Cart To Link from the page menu. In Chrome, click its toolbar icon. Review the products and estimated total, then choose “Create share link.” Copy the Cart To Link URL or use your device’s share options.
Why allow carttolink.com?
The Safari extension needs access to your Amazon site to read the cart and to carttolink.com to create a short share link. If either permission is set to Ask or Deny, allow it in Safari extension settings, reload the cart, and try again.
4. What recipients see
Anyone with the URL can view the shared products, prices, and quantities. Recipients can choose individual items or adjust quantities before opening the original Amazon marketplace. They do not need Cart To Link installed. Product availability and final prices are confirmed on Amazon; the share page shows an estimate.
Troubleshooting
Cart items are missing
Check that the cart is open in Safari or Chrome, that you are signed in, and that all items have loaded. Refresh the page and reopen the extension. On iPhone or iPad, confirm access to the specific Amazon country site.
A short link is not created
Check your connection and allow carttolink.com in Safari’s extension settings. Then reload your Amazon cart and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with your device, browser, and Amazon region.
A shared link will not open
Make sure the complete URL was copied. Shared links currently have no fixed automatic expiration date; a specific link may become unavailable if it is deleted or deactivated. Contact support with the short code if you need help.
Before you share
Review the products carefully. Anyone with the URL can see the shared product list. The link does not include your Amazon password, payment information, or shipping address. You can request removal by sending support the short URL or code. See the Privacy Policy.
